Charlie Blair is a London-based social entrepreneur and community wellbeing facilitator, leading a creative health organisation that brings joy, movement and connection to older adults through chair-based hip-hop dance. Her venture ‘The Blair Academy’ bridges community, culture and mental wellbeing, with a focus on inclusive spaces that support those often overlooked by mainstream health services. Through social investment from the Vivensa Foundation, she’s growing this work to deepen impact and strengthen community-led approaches to wellbeing.
