Call for applications: Team Science Camp – Cohort 4

The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) has launched its Team Science Camp (Cohort 4), inviting early‑career researchers from across health and care disciplines to apply for a place on the highly regarded programme.

The theme for the 2026 Team Science Camp is ‘data-science driven health and social care research’.

The camp brings together researchers from diverse backgrounds to develop cross‑disciplinary skills, build collaborative networks, and work on real‑world health research challenges. Participants take part in workshops, mentoring, and team‑based problem‑solving designed to strengthen their ability to work effectively in multi‑professional research environments.

This programme is an immersive team-based experience, which will nurture the next generation of research leaders by helping them gain confidence in team‑based science and develop proposals that could lead to future funding opportunities.

Applications for Cohort 4 are now open, with a deadline of July 1st 2026, details on eligibility, timelines and the structure of the programme are available on the NIHR website.
