The Medical Research Council (MRC) is hosting a lunchtime webinar on Public Partnerships in research on Thursday 5th June, from 1:00 to 2:15pm.
This session will be chaired by Lisa Jamieson, MRC’s new Director for Public Partnerships, and will explore the vital role of public involvement in shaping non-clinical research.
This will be an opportunity to learn more about the recent “Understanding public involvement in non-clinical research” funding call, including:
- How the public were involved in this funding opportunity
- The announcement on the awards that have been funded
- A researcher’s perspective from a Group Leader and Head of Public Engagement at BBSRC’s Babraham Institute
